A Year of Action Heart Pillow Kiel / One Year Action Heart Pillow Kiel

On 13 February 2010 I started the first call for sewing pillows for heart Kiel. This is now exactly one year ago.
reason enough to celebrate this event with all the sewers, which have now been invited to a social gathering.

Together, we can look back on a proud result. In our first year we have sewn

• more than 3,000 heart pillows and cushions for children and donated.
• more than 500 bags Created for catheter bottles.
• provides patients in 5 hospitals with a heart pillow.
• children and adolescents in 2 hospitals with colorful cushions pleased.
• the guests of the Hospice and Palliative Care Unit Kiel University Clinic of Kiel concerned with a heart pillow.
• woman medical and physiotherapy clinics heart pillows provided.
• in the patients day in the Breast Center Park Hospital praise received for our heart pillows and bags by patients, doctors and nurses.
• in the Kieler Nachrichten, the alternative the women's magazine BRIGITTE and some regional newspapers in the world carry our cause can.
• the heart pillow action in the open channel and in the Schleswig-Holstein can imagine magazine.
• our Heart Pillow with Red Cross invite a Triangle Square and in the Frisians pharmacy on display.

All this was possible only by the committed participation of more than 150 women who, alone or in groups and small groups, school classes and other formations diligently and with great joy and enthusiasm heart pillows, bags and Children's Pillows have sewn and donated.
