Earlier on this blog had written that I am not so fond of taking photos of my paintings. It is such a drag. Maybe because I am such a perfectionist and I like that to be done properly? ;-)

Truck from abroad. Meaning Bayreuth, where I will participate in the annual exhibition of the Bayreuther Kunstverein . Throughout the years I have tried many brands of oilpaints. I think everybody requires different specifications according to his handling of paint. Recently I came accross the paints by Michael Harding and they are great. The consistency and pigmentation are perfect, because I like to use as little painting medium as possible and they can be easily spread and scumbled or applied in heavy impasto. Right now more and more companies carry them, which you can check out on his website.

many years I've tried time and again various oil paint brands. Every painter emphasizes special qualities of its colors, which correspond to his way of working best. Recently I discovered oil paints from Michael Harding
and they are fantastic. The texture and pigmentation are perfect for me as I try to use some painting mediums. You may well be brushed with a brush or geschummert and are also used impasto. Meanwhile, they are also easier to get to the continent and the addresses can be viewed on his website.
My range of colour I use another system that fits their needs best. I have an Easel, very stable and good for large sizes, a homemade cigar box, very light and small sizes (15x20 cm, 6x8 in), a 
Easyl , very good system, unfortunately a bit too heavy. That's why I bought a
OpenBoxM
because it is lightweight and fits well for the metric sizes.

The setting Box, I had built, that attaches to the field as easel to a tripod. There is something very special to be invited to an artists' colony and work alongside other artists. This time, Bonnie England was there. She is a painter from Wilmington, USA, which I met last year at the No Boundaries artist colony. We traveled by bus which took 19 hours. I'm in the artist colony invited to Macedonia, to which I was two years ago. I'm really looking forward to it and it's always very inspiring to work with colleagues from different countries. Even the language barriers be removed using the painting. Our common language.
Farm Macedonian have to transport my wet painting boards I built a transport frame. I used 15 x 15 mm and 5 x 5 mm wooden slats and springs caddy (
